Data we collect
- Contact details you send in the form: name, email, phone and your message.
- Appointment details, such as a preferred day, time and service.
- Health information only if you include it in a message, or as kept in the clinical record at the practice.
- One essential cookie for the cookie notice and, if you use them, your accessibility settings.
Why we use them
- To reply to a contact or appointment request.
- To provide dental care and to keep the clinical record where the law requires it.
- To remember the cookie notice and your accessibility settings.
The legal bases are your consent for the form, steps before a contract for care, a legal duty to keep clinical records, and the legitimate interest in running the site securely.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies. Google Analytics counts visits on every page. The cookie ims_consent remembers that you saw the notice. The cookie ims_a11y remembers accessibility settings. The admin session cookie is used only for the management login.
How long we keep them
Form messages are kept for as long as the conversation needs and for no more than 12 months, unless they become part of a clinical record. Clinical records are kept as Greek law requires.
Who receives them
We do not sell data. Authorised members of the clinic can access them. Laboratories or other health professionals receive only what treatment requires. The site is hosted by a hosting provider acting as a processor.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you can withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
