Accessibility statement

IMS Dental is committed to making imsdental.gr usable by people with disabilities. The conformance target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), version 2.1, level AA.

This statement covers the pages of this website. It is not a certificate from an external auditor. It is a public description of the measures in place, so they can be checked.

Measures

Semantic HTML, one main heading per page and a logical heading order.
Full keyboard use, a visible focus and a skip link.
Alternative text on informative images. Decorative images are not announced.
Body text, links and buttons have contrast of at least 4.5 to 1. Large headings keep the brand colour. High contrast mode turns them black.
Information is not conveyed by colour alone.
Visible form labels, instructions, an error summary and errors tied to each field.
A page language, and separate addresses for Greek, English, French and German.
Text can grow to 200% without loss of content, and the layout reflows on a narrow screen.
Accessibility options: text size, high contrast, highlighted links, a readable font, wider spacing and reduced motion. They also work without JavaScript, through the form.
The system setting for reduced motion is respected.
Consistent navigation, a sitemap and more than one way to reach a page.
The cookie notice does not block the content and offers both accept and reject.

Compatibility

The site is designed for current Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari, on desktop and mobile, and for keyboard and screen-reader use.

Third-party content

The Google map and fonts loaded from Google are not fully under the clinic’s control. Address, phone and hours are also written as text, so the information does not depend on the map.

Known limits

An external audit by an accredited body has not yet been completed. Conformance is documented by design and can be supplemented with an audit report.
Content added in the admin must keep alternative text and clear headings.
